I was referred to Dr. Barrow from my previous gynecologist who no longer delivers babies. I have to say Dr. Barrow and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I had never had such a pleasant experience when it came to pregnancy and delivery. They took my concerns seriously, are quick to follow up, and show so much compassion towards their patients. 5/5 ETA: I also wanted to mention I had a successful VBAC with Dr. Barrow. Not many doctors around here are willing to do that but he was!

I was apprehensive to see a male obgyn but he made me so comfortable! I had a female for my first and delivered in Sulphur and it was such a horrible experience! Thanks to dr barrow and the wonderful hospital my second pregnancy and delivery was so much better

You are definitely going to be in and out! The people are very nice, James squeezed me in with an unscheduled ultrasound just so he could make sure everything was good before I left. Id recommend it. A lady told me in elevator that he was one of the best doctors and you will not be disappointed.

Dr. James Barrow has been very thoughtful and helpful with all my concerns this pregnancy being this is my last one and I had a lot of complications with my last pregnancy and had to find a new Dr for this pregnancy. Everyone in his office is very nice and is always there for any of my concerns.

Y’all get the job done. Y’all get me seen Quickly and out of there right away. I absolutely love this OBGYN I wouldn’t change for anything. My first time using it and I’m not going anywhere else. I appreciate y’all’s hard work.

Being a military spouse can be challenging as we move every couple of years. Therefore, it’s hard to find a doctor you can trust. I had a bad experience with my first OB while being here in Louisiana. I had switched half way through my pregnancy to Dr. Barrow’s care and I can honestly say I was more nervous to switch since I knew nothing about him except the reviews I got when I searched his name. I do not regret switching to Dr. Barrow at all. Dr. Barrow was very professional and polite at every appointment I attended. He answered every question I had and it being my first time pregnant I had many questions. I felt comfortable and I trusted him for the remainder of my pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr. Barrow for OB care.
